Jesus doesn’t leave us the same Jesus changes lives!

Our church exists to bring God glory by obeying Jesus' command to make disciples of all nations. We are convinced that a disciple is not just a believer in Jesus, but a follower of Jesus, whose life is gradually changing to reflect Jesus, with the support and encouragement of Christian brothers and sisters.

Jesus doesn’t leave us the same, Jesus changes lives!

We meet every Sunday at 11.15 am & 4.30 pm at 12 Cedar Street in Maleny, Queensland.

This famous document expresses the doctrine of the Christian faith and that which is revealed in Scripture in a clear and concise way.

This document from the Westminster Divines of 1646 best gives the system of doctrine contained in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments. The Bible is the supreme standard of our holy faith in the Presbyterian Church of Australia, with the Westminster Confession of Faith as a substandard read in light of the Declaratory Statement.

After an amendment in 1928, 24.4 now reads "Marriage ought not to be within the degrees of consanguinity or affinity forbidden in the Word; nor can such incestuous marriages ever be made lawful by any law of man, or consent of parties, so as those persons may live together, as man and wife. The man may not marry any of his wife's kindred nearer in blood than he may of his own, nor the woman of her husband's kindred nearer in blood than of her own, except the case of a deceased wife's sister, or the case of a deceased husband's brother."

After an amendment in 1916, 27.4 now reads "There be only two Sacraments ordained by Christ our Lord in the Gospel, that is to say, Baptism and the Supper of the Lord: neither of which may be dispensed by any but a Minister of the Word lawfully ordained (saving where the General Assembly has made special provision to the contrary that the people of God may not be left without these sealing ordinances)."
